location was good if you needed a main transit line to Pza Venezia, or train station. Room was quiet, windows open if you don't want the AC on all the time. Major museums and archeo sites were close by.
Shower was a bit confining, mine was the size of a phone booth. Visitors with vertigo or balance issues might not like the step-up/step down arrangement.

Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious and clean. All the facilities we needed were there! Including the coffee machine. Elevator can be a little stubborn and doesn't want to go down from 5th floor, but you just climb down one and it works great. Location was superb, everything was in walking distance! A big surprise was they held our luggage for free when we checked out.

Excellent location
Smaller room than expected and booked. Also I'd made an error in the booking and had only booked for 1 guest so had to pay the supplement for the 2nd person, which was fine, however once paid and checked in we were informed the room in the Glam we were to have couldn't be accessed due to a broken handle and were given a smaller and less well appointed room on another floor. Our room wasn't ready on the 2nd day and by the time it was on the 3rd and final night of our stay we were out sightseeing and it was of little point moving. A little bit disappointing overall and could have been handled better at check in.
