The location was great. The room was clean and updated. The shower was the largest one we had in Italy. The communication was fantastic
The bed was very uncomfortable. It was so hard and made so much noise when moving at night. It was not a good sleep.

Great location. Room very basic and very noisy at night.
Bed was extremely hard and the bathroom fan constantly made a very loud noise.
Over complicated check in process

This spot was perfect to get to Termini and the airport gelato and tiramisu. Area is glorious and lively yet from the rooftop it’s all but perfect. We sat at the rooftop had drinks and a snack after a very delayed train from the south of Italy. We will stay here again.

Could have usefully had an explanation that the air conditioning didn’t work when the window was open, particularly given the heat.
