Location was superb for site seeing around Hanoi, right in the heart of old quarter. Staff Couldnt do enough for us.
The staff offered us a bigger room as we were 3 people which was lovely and spacious only slight thing was lack of window. The deluxe double had a balcony but it was smaller. Only a minor thing and we were only sleeping there but some may not like that

The location was perfect: right next to the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore without being in the middle of it. The hotel makes lovely use of an older building and offers great value for money. The staff were incredibly attentive, and breakfast was varied and delicious.
Our shower leaked a little, but it was a minor issue and didn’t detract from our stay.
