Loved our stay!
Beautiful, clean and well-maintained accommodation! I loved the design . The location was fantastic and so easy to access! Would definitely recommend staying here!
The washing machine gave us a bit of a fright. During the spin cycle, it was extremely loud and shook violently, to the point where the entire machine was shaking.
The after-hours key collection process was also a little stressful. It would be helpful to have a map of the key collection area, along with more detailed instructions, to make the process easier and less confusing for guests.

The view, size of the apartment and location were very nice. Great value for money.
Could have used a nespresso machine and a more comfortable couch in lounge room (which needs dry cleaning). Due to the average weather we had during our stay wish we could have used the indoor pool and gym facilities at the Langham as well. Perhaps the residents should do a deal with the Langham to share?
