the view right onto the ocean, the apartment was fab. good location walking distance to Skydeck go early for the buffet breakfast and ride up for just over 40 per person.
a nightmare to get into the building first time. lucky we stopped at the office before due time as they were about to close, email had said open till 5. was advised not the case on weekends, luckily lady was there to assist getting the key out of the lockbox she had to open it from the other side to get us the key.
master bed had roll together, not enough towels.

Loved the location and layout of the apartment. The view was phenomenal. The amenities perfect. Overall fantastic and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Coming from international, it would've been better to get communications sooner about a few things. It wouldn't have wasted our time if we knew initially that the wifi instructions in the apartment were not actually the proper instructions. Since we didn't have wifi we couldn't communicate with the manager. If they had sent the instructions sooner before we arrived into the country, we would've received that in a timely manner and avoided the frustration of having to figure it out ourselves. Additionally, we were not informed that the beach towels that matched the towels at the pool were not exchangeable since we didn't have the hotel pass.. That was also not explained. So we turned towels in at the end of the first day, but weren't entitled to replace them for the subsequent days.

The view was great. The size of the property was decent as well.
The toilet flush for the second bedroom (shared toilet) was not working.
The pillows were not good at all, it was literally empty - gave the same feel as not sleeping on a pillow.
There were no toiletries, equipment to properly clean the property when we needed to or to also utilise properly such as toilet rolls, extra bed sheets/quilt covers, towels etc. even though we stayed for 10 nights and 11 days. It wasnt sufficient enough at all.
Property was dirty when we checked in.
The flush for the shared bathroom wasnt fixed for couple of days - no prompt response. However, the owner of the property (supposedly) came in to have a look and arrange a plumber to sort it out post weekend during the following week.
The toaster was dirty, the laundry was dirty also and had heaps of dust buildup.
