Room was clean
When we arrived it was raining very heavily and the staff offered no umbrella just stayed in the dry and did not offer to help with luggage.
Food at breakfast was cold. No butter for toast.
We arrived 15 minutes before check in time, but miraculously room was ready at check in time. Plenty of people could suddenly have a room.
Air conditioning in bedroom stopped working at night, nobody was interested in sorting the problem out
Shower was freezing.
