* Breakfast. Love the food. The green sticky rice and their fruit salad. Every day, they have different food.
* Staff - All of their staff were polite, kind, and always made sure that we were comfortable during our stay.
* Room - The size of the room was enough for both of us.
* Location - It's within walking distance of places we want to eat. If you also go to the Dragon Bridge or other markets where you can shop, it's also just near via Grab.
During our first day, there was an odd rust smell in our room. I'm not sure what that was; however, it was gone the next day. It's not much of an issue, but a suggestion.

Location, old dingy linens, rundown appearance, lack of cleanliness, bad smell, breakfast, and staff hovering (especially at breakfast) wanting a good review…
