Fantastic front desk staff. Professional Friendly and helpful. Made to feel safe. Hot water good pressure for showers. Well equipped kitchen if interested in cooking. Great outdoor screened porch with wonderful airflow. Spacious and comfortable unit. Liked the style decorated. Excellent bedding/sheets.
If I had to knit pick, time for refresh on just a few minor details. More white wash clothes. Appreciated the makeup removal ones but other than those none to use. Eliminate the blue bathmat. Tends to look less than sanitary. Find another option or provide one towel bathmat that can be washed with towels. The throw in living room and the floral pillow looking tired and could be eliminated or replaced. Seal on refrigerator is failing and will need to be replaced for better seal on fridge. Eliminate remnants of desktop computer. People use lap tops but maybe replace with wireless printer and instructions for tie in for those working remote for convenience? Clean stain on bench by front door instead of covering with pillow or replace bench with something else. No one would sit on it anyway. Move halter and umbrellas there. Eliminate dented roller cart serves no purpose. Looks tacky. Strictly cosmetic items to take it to perfection but over all good environment. Give more info on parking up front upon check in message.

It was so nice and clean! Everything we needed was right there. I also liked that the desk has 24/7 service as well and the staff were all so very friendly.

The building has helpful staff with someone at the door security desk most of the day/evening. Two security doors, one to the building, and one to the elevators to the main floors. The unit itself has been decorated with care, with a well-appointed small kitchen area, a nice view from the screened patio, and a comfortable sitting area in the living room. Although there isn't a real closet, the clothing rack and hangers were sturdy and helpful, and by including a luggage stand there are some thoughtful hotel amenities in addition to the benefits of being in a condo.
The floor with the unit was nice, but other floors clearly aren't quite as nice--I got off on the wrong floor and thought I'd made a mistake booking. The park outside has a fair amount of people sleeping and lounging in it, not enough to feel unsafe, but I had someone approach me every time I entered or left the building.

I thought the apartment was comfortable and easy to walk to the hotel where the conference was being held.
There were a number of unhoused people who were hanging out in front of the building at all hours, often asking for money or other things. There were also two incidents where someone was screaming in the middle of the night. It sounded like they were about to get into a fight. This was during the week, so I found it odd. The screaming lasted over 30 minutes and woke me from my sleep.
