Disgusting, Faeces on sheets. AVOID!

I have never experienced accommodation this revolting in my life. We walked in, took one look around, stayed for less than five minutes, and immediately left. The property was absolutely nothing like it was advertised. The photos and description bore no resemblance to what we found. The cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. There appeared to be faeces on the bed sheets, mould was visible in multiple areas, and the entire apartment looked and smelled as though it hadn't been properly cleaned for a very long time. Every surface felt dirty, and the overall condition made it impossible to even consider staying there. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the hosts. Rather than showing any understanding or attempting to resolve the situation, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and disrespectful throughout. We were made to feel as though our concerns didn't matter, despite the condition of the property being completely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, we were then charged a cleaning fee. That is almost unbelievable considering the state of the apartment. It genuinely looked as though it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in ages. Charging guests for cleaning while presenting a property in that condition feels completely unreasonable. This accommodation was not as described, was not fit for us to stay in, and we had no choice but to leave almost immediately after arriving. It turned what should have been the start of a trip into an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering booking this property to think very carefully. Based on our experience, it was filthy, misleadingly advertised, and handled by hosts who showed little interest in addressing serious concerns.

Terrible property

Nothing the apartment was terrible

The apartment was so dirty, the smoke alarm was going off every 2 minutes ( it needed battery). The bathroom door was cracked and it doesn’t lock at all. The lights weren’t working in the kitchen, hallway, and living room. One AC wasn’t working and the other one was rattling loudly. The furniture was so old and disgusting, the couch was all peeled off and the owner covered it with even worse teared up blanket!! There were stains on bedsheets and the couch covers. Many broken drawers in the bathroom and in the bedroom. The toilet paper handle was broken. The toilet won’t flush. The property manager was speaking in a very rude way to me and to Booking.com representative, here refused to say his name I’m just saying my name is Mark Mark! He refused to refund me, even though I left the apartment immediately after he promised that he will refund upon me leaving. The Booking.com representative requested two cancellations on my behalf, and property manager refused to accept them and refused to refund.

Very disappointed. False advertisement.

Very disappointed

The property wasn’t clean and didn’t look like the pictures. I messaged the people the first night we got there and told them how it looked and how disappointed and upset I was and never got a reply. We left the next day. Lost money and time in Atlanta after driving 8 hours for a weekend. Dirt was all over the couches, floor wood planks were coming apart, the toilet ran, water in the shower didn’t shut off all the way, looked like the sheets weren’t washed because there was a “big spot” on it, the cabinet in bathroom was all messed up, the couches had covers on them and didn’t even look like the pictures on the site, coffee table had stuff all over it.

The location was amazing! We did not go to the restaurant at the location. Loved having a kitchen in the condo. Great place for the value!

Our only issue was the walls seemed super thin because we could hear conversations of the people upstairs, when they showered late at night, and buzzers from nearby rooms.
