We arrived at night and the personnel at the reception was very kind and helpful. We checked in without problems.
The room was clean and well equipped, very spacious (we booked a suite for 5 people) and quiet. We booked off-season (late October) so the entire hotel was very quiet overall.
The gym is very well equipped with cyclette, treadmill, elastic bands, weights, and upper/lower body machines.
We didn't use the outdoor pool as it was raining, but it looked very nice.
On 22 October, the water was missing for few hours in the whole hotel and we didn't get a lot of information about the reason. On the same day, we have been woken up early by a siren alarm, which turned out to be a false alarm but we didn't get an explanation about what happened.
On the days we stayed there, the breakfast was somewhat below expectations given the range of the hotel. The personnel was however helpful in arranging our request for scrambled eggs.
The road to get to the hotel is quite steep and narrow, not very well maintained, and in some points there's not enough space for two cars going in opposite direction.

This is a new modern hotel, right near the airport! Good clean facilities including spa, endless pool, rooftop restaurant, nice people. Staff was very nice. It all exceeded our expectations in a much more comfortable price than competitors.
Its not a walking distance from any city center or beach.

Clean, wonderful view, very good breakfast! Nice pool with a view! Highly recommended!

The property offers nice amenities such as gym and spa and pool, but I did not try them. The room has a small kitchen which is nice.
The location - in the middle of nowhere with poor access roads (in particular from direction Kotor). Nothing to do in the vicinity. The rooftop terrace
was not a terrace but an enclosed restaurant. The cutlery in the kitchen was not clean, there were glasses with cracks in the kitchen cupboard, the TV did not work, the bathroom was very tiny and the sink was not firmly attached to the wall. My balcony had a view of the parkinglot and the garden of a neighbour with a very sad and frustrated husky held on a chain - a heartbreaking sight which destroyed the pleasure of sitting outside. There was a lot of dog barking day and night.
