Everything, what was there not too like. The room was spacious and clean. Minimal decor and light. The actually hotel itself was the same. Clean, spacious, comfortable in every way whether that was sitting in the foyer reception area or lounging around outside the gym on the comfortable chairs. Water stations available around the hotel to refill your water bottles (free bottles were available in our hotel room to use). Friendly staff and guest services. Great food although we didn’t eat much in the hotel as there were a vast amount of excellent restaurants along the port (would highly recommend).

Amazing breakfast! I needed to start with that 😋. Plenty of healthy options to start your day! The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The gym is well-equipped- not an abundance of machines, but enough to move the entire body, and the sports massage was really professional (sorry, I forgot his name).
1. For a 5* sports resort, the swimming pool is rather "okish". Length: 25 m, only 2 lanes, depth: 1.60 m, no swimming accessories like kickboards, pull buoys, fins, or snorkeling sets, not even swim vests or floating armbands for kids or less experienced swimmers.
2. The local taxi companies are not reliable. Take at least an extra 30 min into account when you make taxi reservations, so you can be on time for the activities you booked in the region.
3. The hotel app is not working properly (at least not in sept 2026).

Team very smiling at reception and the breakfast lead ( lady) very professional.
Great beads, well curated rooms
The restaurant food for evening is quite poor , overcooked proteins. The team bit vague like not expecting anyone to eat tgere
