Disappointing experience

Location was good and the apartment was clean.

1. The host named Rute,was quite unwelcoming and rude. We had some check in issues with her. As we were driving from faro to Lisbon, we did request her that we will be checking in around 18:00 because we may run late. On the booking.com, it clearly says that check in time is between 15:00-20:00. Therefore, if we are checking in 18:00, I don't think that should be an issue. But she was very rude and unhelpful on her message. The message below was sent to me by the host:which I'm forwarding "If you read what I sent, the check-in can be done between 3pm and 8pm depending on the availability of the concierge. When we scheduled it was scheduled at 5:30 pm you can see the messages. Then you asked when i could come and I tried to come before. Right now I'm in the apartment and I'll wait until 5:30 pm, which was the first agreed hour. I don't spend 5 hours waiting for the guests, I have several check-ins, sorry." 2. The bathroom drainage was totally blocked, after having the first shower, all the water came out of the bathroom and had to wipe the floor. Also I had to unblock the drain by removing all the dirty hairs in it. The kitchen sink water was also the same, it doesn't drain well. 3. The AC was a big issue, as at night whilst sleeping, I had to wake up every now and then to restart it. It keeps switching off. For the whole stay, I didn't sleep a good night sleep. Even I sent a message regarding this issue to the concierge, no help was offered by her. 4. On the 2nd day of our stay, we found something weird after coming back from outside, ( few debris on the pathway as if somebody got in to the place).for our own safety I notified the concierge but there was no acknowledgement of my message from her side. Overall, a big disappointment and will not come back again. 😞

Lissabon ist SCHÖN !!!

Lage etwas außerhalb , aber Busverbindung fast vor der Tür . Aufteilung der Wohnung gut , zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten . Akzeptable Küche und Bad von den Räumlichkeiten . Sehr nette Kontaktperson , war sehr bemüht und immer sofort zu erreichen

Die ganze Wohnung stank nach Fäkalien , besonders in den oberen Räumen ( Schlafzimmer u. Bad ) . Es war nur mit permanenter Öffnung der Fenster zu ertragen . Der Wohnraum würde dringend eine Renovierung vertagen sowie ein ersetzen der Sofas und einiger Schränke . Das Bad war theoretisch OK jedoch war der Wasserhahn lose , der Einsteller der Dusche fiel gleich am ersten Tag ab und auch die Dusche zeigte starke Schimmel u. Alterungserscheinung . Bei den Bratpfannen konnte man erahnen wo einmal die Beschichtung war .

Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Telewizor z możliwością zalogowania się do Netflix, YouTube. Działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo miła i pomocna pani rezydent. Podczas pobyty pytała nas czy wszystko OK, czy nie potrzebujemy pomocy.
