About this house rental
It was already documented prior to the Papal Land Registry dating back to 1860, and during its restoration in the late 1990s, all building materials were sourced locally. The plaster used to finish the interior and exterior was made from local tuff, giving the villa its characteristic, natural yellow-ochre color. Inside, there is a pre-existing cave currently used as a wine cellar.
Our guests will have access to the entire park surrounding the villa and to the paved area in front of the house, where they can have lunch, read, or relax in total harmony with nature and its beauty.
Guests have access to lounge chairs and umbrellas, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, and a wood-fired oven.
We will be available to assist guests with any needs, questions, or special requests throughout their stay.
A short distance from the farmhouse are the medieval villages of Saludecio, Mondaino, and Montegridolfo, as well as the beach resorts of Riccione, Cattolica, and Pesaro.
The picturesque village of Meleto is located south of the municipality of Saludecio and borders the municipalities of Montegridolfo and Mondaino.
Dating back to the 6th century, the village of Meleto has been called “the balcony overlooking the Adriatic” because of its hilltop location overlooking the Tavollo Valley.
