About this house rental
Casa Giogano was recently renovated, in part thanks to regional rural development funds. It is located in a very quiet setting, away from urban centers, nestled in a valley in the municipality of San Leo, halfway between the fortress of San Leo and downtown San Marino. It features 5 double bedrooms: one double on the first floor, 3 doubles on the first floor, and one twin room in the attic. All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Casa Giogano offers access to a heated outdoor pool and an outdoor hot tub; the spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking together, even for large groups. The dining room features three large tables with chairs and a view of the surrounding countryside. Casa Giogano is also equipped with an Ooni pizza oven and a barbecue grill. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer in the utility room.

Perfect Check-in. Our host (Matteo) lead us the last kilometers to the house. We got delicious welcome-snacks and aperitifs. Additionally Matteo showed us arround and we got a lot of information and tips from him.
The villa was clean and very nice. Matteo was very thoughtful, friendly and provided lots of helpful information (like restaurants, destination of activities for the kids, …) for us.
We enjoyed the tranquility and the idyll. All basic assets were available in the villa, such as cutlery, dishes, coffee-machine, insect repellent, … The villa offered a lot of room for all of us.
We stayed 9 very relaxing nights here and Matteo and his family visited us one day to change the towels and the bedclothes. They also brought again some nice breakfast for us.
Our stay was absolutely great and we really enjoyed every minute – therefore we 100% recommend to visit Matteo and his family!
