Great space for our friends’ weekend in Manhattan Beach! Location’s what really made it, easy walk to downtown MB and even closer to the beach, so everything was super easy. Place was clean and comfy, had everything we needed for the group. Everyone got their own spot instead of feeling crammed in.Gina was super helpful and easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze. If you’re splitting up a bigger group for a trip, definitely book this one. Location alone makes it worth it. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a blast staying here! Gina was super friendly and easy to connect with. The location was perfect: an easy walk to the beach and the strand. We loved waking up and going for morning runs / walks and ending at The Hive for a coffee or smoothie. The side patio with grill and table was a lovely place to enjoy dinner or a glass of wine as the evening wrapped up. We stayed there with our kids and another family to attend the World Cup game at SoFi. It was easy peasy getting to and from the airport and the stadium. We also appreciated that the house was so well-stocked with beach towels, beach toys, etc. Such a great trip!

great location, awesome views, Greg and his sister own the place and were very helpful and accommodating. Quick to respond to any need.
The house is very big for MB, we had 10 people, all young adults.
House has bikes, beach chairs, surf boards, you name it.
The house is also a little worn down, carpets needs replacing, house needs updating, but those are really minor points. Have to remember its a beach house with a lot of people traffic. We would definitely want to come back. Greg, thanks for everything. GREAT stay.
