About this house rental
Happy to work with guests interested in short or long term rentals. Exceptional location in the heart of downtown Manhattan Beach. Just one block to the sand and just a few blocks to some of the best restaurants and shopping in town. This beautifully decorated home has been refinished with bamboo floors, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, newer kitchen with diffused glass and warm woods and a fireplace in the living room. Furniture tastefully decorated by a local designer with lovely linens and amenities. Very good ocean views from the open kitchen, living and dining rooms. Three decks in total! On the lower level, the double door enters onto a family room/living area with a master en suite bedroom and there is yet another bedroom with a private deck. There is a powder room on the first floor as well. On the top floor, the kitchen, living and dining rooms are all open to the view. Also on the top floor there is another master suite with glass vessel sinks and a jacuzzi tub, marble and stone. The 4th bedroom has a door to yet another deck. With 4 bedrooms, this home is perfect for a family vacation, a girls getaway, or a special birthday celebration with your favorite friends. The home is equipped with everything you can imagine to make your beach getaway unforgettable. Bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and more. Walk along the beach, go shopping, or dine at some of la's finest restaurants....Or simply relax and hear the waves just steps away. Plus, take advantage of the concierge service to help with reservations for restaurants, spa services, yoga classes, gym facilities, a private chef, picnic lunches, surf lessons or other recommendations for local attractions and activities. This was the perfect place for our multi-generation family of 8 to stay. (67 to 7!)A 4 BR 3-1/2 BA home can be hard to find and we were extremely fortunate to have found Tahereh’s Manhattan Beach home. Ideal location: less than 5 minute walk to the beach or to local stores. Quiet nights and comfy beds. The house had everything we needed. Well-stocked kitchen so we could prepare meals at home. Washer&Dryer for those mid-stay laundry loads. Bathroom cupboards with everything you might need (or might have forgotten). Convenient TV screens for a few eves of World Cup viewing. As for beach equipment! Towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, sand toys, and a convenient tap with hose for rinsing off sand. And there were several bikes for riding along the strand. PRO SoCal locals BEACH TIP: while rinsing off sand, check yr feet for tar after a day at the shore. Rub in a few drops of vegetable oil to break down the tar and rinse away the residue with a few drops of dawn soap. Use a rag towel to dry off and walk back into Tahereh’s house with clean feet for a refreshing shower! Enjoy a wonderful stay!

The place was exactly as advertised, and the location was fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere, including the beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, coffee shops, and bars. It was incredibly convenient and we really enjoyed it!
