Excellent location for night sky watching and seaview along the Derwent River towards the Great Southern Ocean.
Night sky: myriad of stars, Milky Way visible, Aurora in the right years /season/weather when the sun and Aurora lady stages a show.
Room and living room very well appointed to see the skies and see the seas birds fly across the waters, from nice warm comfort.
Just 25m from door to beach and the Blessington/Clarence Nature conservation easy trail.
Very hospitable and helpful host.
Distance from grocer's, from restaurants/cafes. Not unexpected for a peaceful quiet place away from city. Host very helpful and has helpful tips to make comfortable and keep stomach satisfied.

Close to facilities but quite remote and quiet.

Fabulous view. Close to the beach and coastal walk. Patricia was always very helpful.
A clothes dryer would have been helpful or a folding line you could put in the sun.

Everything was perfect! The house is clean, comfortable, and right next to the beach. Pat was a very attentive host and always reachable. She is so patient and experienced with the aurora, which was a huge plus!
