Janina was very welcoming & friendly & offered to help us in any way she could. The apartment was well-appointed, comfortable and warm with a beautiful view over the garden to Kunanyi (Mt Wellington). Convenient location with small shopping centre 750m down the hill. Fresh flowers, milk etc provided a very welcoming touch. Looking forward to staying at Sonningview again.

Our Sandy Bay stay was fantastic. Janina was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was recently updated and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. We were very grateful for the washing machine and dryer. Thank you Janina.
