Great spacious apartment located in a care home for the elderly. Gated area, very safe. Standard French breakfast, coffee, croissant and sweets. About 10km from center Paris, we took Ubers at fair prizes.
We spend two weekends here, unfortunately, every time we checked out, the reception desk was empty, no soul to be seen. We are still waiting for our deposit of 200euro over a week ago, although lady at the reception desk assured us this should be done in max a week, still waiting :-(

This modern apartment offers everything you need to spend a few days near Paris. Living room with kitchen very spacious and clean , as we're also the bedroom and the bathroom. Little bit surprised they asked for a deposit as this wasn't mentioned anywhere and indeed we needed some items to be marked like black stains in the shower and broken shutters in the bedroom. Equally surprised that this is actually a residential care center for the elderly. This however does not make any difference to the experience, most of the times we were out of course. It's about 10km from center Paris, we took an Uber all the time and never waited more than 5 minutes. Breakfast is French style, coffee and croissant with some sweets like chocolate or jam, no cheese or ham! Ground is gated so very safe, parked the car for 4 days in the street without any problems, of course to be paid.
The block doesn't mention Zenao Apparthotel at the entrance, instead look for "STELLA". There are two entrances. Call for reception desk via telecom "Acceuil" but unfortunately, we had to wait until someone opened the gate as we did not connect with the reception desk. Other tourists that arrived experienced the same problem. The apartment has large shutters on the outside, unfortunately we could not open ours when we left and could not notify the desk as it was Sunday morning and no one to be seen at the reception desk. There was a basket to leave the key but as said could not inform them.

Location was very convenient
The fact that we kept experiencing power bump whenever we try to cook and use other electric appliances

We visited in July 2026 , and there was no fan in the room. The rooms were quite clean, but it would be nice to have some essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, and tea or coffee sachets.
