Friendly staff, access to 24/7 vending machine with a lot of useful food and drinks. Clean, straight to the point and with everything needed. Didn't try the breakfast, so I can't form an opinion. Safe building with 24/7 reception.
The overall exterior of the building (and neighborhood) are not great, but that is related to the location and not the hotel in itself. The bathroom was very small, albeit functional, beautiful and clean.

Room was clean and well outfitted with plugs and bedside lights. Big windows. Mostly freeway and construction view, but a bit of city skyline. The bed was super compfy. I stayed 5 nights as was in Paris for a 3 day course. It was close enough to the metro to get into the city. Underground parking and large Carrefour is a plus. Also a big flea market on the weekend. Fun to check out if you like that sort of thing. Great value for money and I will consider staying here again for next year's course.
The location is not nice. Garbage in the streets, freeway, and construction. I was not very comfortable going back and forth to the metro alone at night - but that is applicable in most of Paris.
Note to staff, bathroom sink in room 401 is not draining well and the overflow drain pipe leaks onto floor. Needs fixing.

Reasonable room for the price
Completely lacking in amenities; towels were thin and barely dried you. Slippery shower floors with no grab bars. Some of the breakfast staff were sullen and even rude.
