Room with balcony was located on 1st floor , shared kitchen area with coffee machine and crockery & cutlery. The Lungomare was literally at the end of the street in a small piazza. Bonus the station shuttle bus stop was a 5 minute walk. Giuseppe was very attentive and helpful for anything that was asked and showed me around the town. Very pleasant man.
The stairs in all the old houses are always hard to manoeuvre with a large suitcase, but to be expected.

Giuseppe met us at the property and despite the language barrier, he was so accommodating.
He used google translate to make sure ..."
