The location is perfect for arriving and leaving by bus (3 min walk). It takes about 20 mins to walk to ortigia but it’s a pleasant walk. Staff were very helpful. Free luggage storage was available after check out. Bed was comfy, linen clean and towel was good. Big lockers in the room, enough to fit all your luggage in. Big common area. The hostel staff have prepared an amazingly detailed guide on what to see in the area.
I prefer the bathroom to be outside the bedroom as it disturbs roommates when it’s inside.
