The hotel is pure magic. The location, the perfect island and most of all the guest services.
Everything was as expected; second time there and it was just as good as the first time

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality and the care they put into every little detail. Everything reflects their commitment to making guests feel comfortable and special.
My only suggestion would be for the hotel to provide its own transportation service between the mainland and the island, which would make the journey more convenient and enhance the overall guest experience.

We truly appreciate the stunning beaches, the management’s personal care, and the staff's outstanding hospitality, but given the high prices and persistent disruptions, there is significant room for improvement to match the resort's premium positioning.
Our stay at Anantara Koh Yao Yai was a mixed experience. On a positive note, the resort staff and the management team were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made genuine efforts to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay.
However, as a family booking 3 rooms for a peaceful luxury vacation, our overall experience fell short of expectations:
Disruptions & Facilities: Out of our 5-day stay, 3 days were heavily impacted by continuous heavy construction noise near our rooms, unannounced power outages, and safety issues with worn furniture.
Value for Money: The pricing across the resort is extraordinarily high—not just relative to Thailand, but even compared to some of the most expensive luxury destinations worldwide.
We truly appreciate the management’s personal care and the staff's outstanding hospitality, but given the high prices and persistent disruptions, there is significant room for improvement to match the resort's premium positioning.
