Good location for those who do not want to me in the mainstream of Phuket very busy tourism. However it is placed next to large construction sites.
Strange practices: they came to empty the minibar as I said I did plan to use it (trust issue?), the main restaurant is closed (while they keep advertizing a michelin star no where to be seen), and the system of electric cars to move customers around between the villas/suites and the reception can be unreliable. Customers are therefore stuck. Since we had a car, we decided no longer to use the shuttle system.

The villa was spacious and the mountain view was nice. The quality of the food was decent and the staff was nice.
Oh so many things didn’t live up to a 5 star resort standard… the whole villa was worn down and has not been maintained. There were a lot of stains on the pillows in the sofa and outside in the pavillon. The shower smelled like sewage when we showered and so did the firefly pool. The room was dark and damp. We simply didn’t feel comfortable being in the villa and went out of it as much as we could, which is a shame since we paid good money for it. It was probably the most disappointing hotel experience ever.
