Beautiful surroundings, very well kept in terms of cleanliness and working order. Perfect for the beach and also a short ride to town. Not too far from airport. Staff were exceptional and elite club gave excellent perks with the pool, bars and restaurant. Entertainment team were fab and even if you didn’t join in, they still made sure your holiday was as enjoyable and that everything was ok. Cafe choices for drinks and food were superb! Beds were very comfortable and the room was kept spotlessly clean throughout.
The gym could be better, few machines not working and a bit out dated.
The only bar that seemed to be open after dinner was in the main hotel. Which meant you couldn’t relax with a drink by the beach at night.
Snacks and drinks in room were not topped up daily and we had to keep asking for things to be restocked.

Second time here. Clean as always. Room was very comfortable.
Last year we were extremely pleased with Crystal restaurant and Asian. This year Asian was horrible we ordered the food but was very poor quality and disgusting taste. The chef must be immediately replaced. Buffet was great with variety and quality

It’s on a beautiful beach and the property is in good shape, well maintained. Rooms are immaculate. Service at the lobby bars were good and at the front desk. The Japanese restaurant was the best speciality dining on site.
The food quality overall and nightly entertainment (shows) has gone way downhill since our earlier stays. The steakhouse was very very poor. The pool service was not good even with consistent tipping.
