Great experience at Playacar Palace. Staff very friendly and respectful. Always with a smile to welcome everyone. For the names I can recall... Argenis, and Juliana at the pool service and Antonio at their restaurants. Angenis and Antonio specially were very informative. Argenis was helping us with drinks at the pool area and he was able to make a drink exactly as I wanted. they go the extra mile to make sure the client has the best experience. I would definitely go back or even try other properties by the same chain.. It was a great experience.
