Gorgeous setting, fantastically helpful staff, great restaurant and quiet location with a little convenience store and laundry right across the road.
The onsite spa treatments were also great!
Some taxi drivers will refuse to take you all the way to this property or may make you walk to meet them on a pick up as there is a narrow street for access. Cars will fit down but vans will not. Make sure you have confirmed before paying that they will take you to the door as it’s quite a walk on sloped, uneven, and unlike road

The jungle like setting the food and the staff
Was a little bit overpriced for the accommodation

This hotel is a perfect hideaway the busy centre of Ubud. I had such a peaceful relaxing time. My room was so comfortable and had everything I needed: I loved the big bed, the huge bathtub and the spacious balcony overlooking the palm trees and the pool. Special thanks to Made and Komang, they were so kind and attentive hosts, making sure I always feel happy and comfortable. I recommend this hotel and wish to be back.
I liked everything.

Out of the hustle and bustle of busy Ubud center and nestled in nature. You feel like you’re in the jungle.
The property felt traditionally Balinese, made of old wood, and surrounded by nature. Gorgeous pool area, with beautiful greenery.
There is nature all around, forest sounds, bats, frogs etc.
The room was huge, overlooking the pool with a big balcony. The bed was super comfortable. The bath was huge.
Staff were very attentive and helpful.
The location was difficult to get to and took much longer that initially expected, about 40 mins by car from Ubud center. My car couldn’t collect me from there as it was too big for the narrow lane way. There was a dampness kind of smell after using the shower and from the rain and there were creaky floors. The decor and appliances are old school. Food was just ok tasting but presented well.
