We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The food - especially the breakfast - was amazing. The staff put great emphasis on cleanness, they provide daily cleaning twice in order to make sure to control mosquites. We really enjoyed practicing yoga in the sala, the teacher was very knowledgable. The Korurua Rejuvenating massage was also fantastic in the spa. The surrounding area of the hotel is lush and beautiful.
Ants in the bathroom. There were issues with the restaurants's provider, therefore we could not get the meal we chose on several occasions (e.g. there was no available coconut for a week).

A magical retreat among rice fields and jungle. Beautiful, peaceful and wonderfully welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, the yoga class was deeply calming and enriching, and the Royal Spa Package was pure relaxation. Stay in one of the wooden villas for a truly special experience. The staff made every moment memorable and helped us organise transport and wonderful adventures. We loved every minute.

The property is beautiful in the rainforest, we booked the Wooden Pool Villa
unfortunately the service did not meet the expectations for a 4-star hotel. During our 2-night stay, we struggled to get enough drinking water even after asking multiple times, despite clearly explaining our health concerns. Additionally, loud construction noise from neighboring properties started early in the morning, which disrupted our rest. For the price paid, this was disappointing. I hope they improve their service for future guests.
