Looked clean bed felt comfortable , overall it seemed ok for the days we’ve stayed
The property was extremely hot, the fan in the lounge seems to work with some
Problems, shower head needs changing it’s hard to use and water goes everywhere, washing machine seems to be leaking also as I tried to do an washing and it flooded es the kitchen, I’ve booked for three guests and the towels left were only for two guests, the other down or negative point is to find the property no number or sign to show where it was located, not necessary needs to be an air conditioner in the property but better fan as it’s extreme hot and I couldn’t bare the heat

Location was very nice, it's near a busy neighbourhood and relatively close to the centre, but the apartment itself is in a "hidden" area in a quiet alley, so you get the best of both worlds.
The place was clean, well furnished and everything worked. I think the air de-humidifier was full but I didn't feel like we really needed it.
Communication with the host was good; they weren't present but are responsive online, clarified our doubts and did their best to help.
It was all good, no major complaints.
The apartment is partially "underground" so the illumination and ventilation are not great, but it wasn't too hot when we were there, so it was comfortable (and clean).
They don't offer parking, so I have no complaints there, but if you're coming by car, it may be a bit of a hassle. Parking on the streets near the accommodation seem to be paid mo-fri from 9:00 to 19:00 and then exclusive for residents with a permit from 19:00 to 9:00. We managed to find a couple parking lots a 10min walk away, and one day we found a spot on the street in a different zone (in front of Pingo Doce) which seemed to be (hopefully) public.
As you may know, Lisbon has a lot of hills and slopes, and this accommodation is located in a hilly area, so that may be a point of attention if you're traveling with elderly or people with disabilities/difficulties.

Achamos ótimo o apartamento, super limpo e acomodou a nossa família, porém precisa de alguns pontos de melhoria.
A entrada do apartamento está totalmente abandonada. Foi bem assustador quando chegamos, o portão verde que não tem nenhum tipo de fechadura ou tranca e quando entramos no apartamento percebemos que as janelas não tinha cortinas e ficavam totalmente expostas as pessoas externas - tanto a janela da sala como a do quarto, todas as pessoas que passavam conseguiam ver tudo dentro do apartamento, que acabou nos deixando bastante insatisfeitos em relação a privacidade e segurança.
