The newly built Haffresidenz is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, right next to the Stettiner Haff Nature Park.

Gently surrounded by fragrant pine forests, sweeping cliffs, and mysterious moors, your vacation begins right in the heart of nature.

Nature lovers are welcome guests here and delight in the many protected natural areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to well-known towns such as the imperial spa of Heringsdorf or the seaside spa of Ahlbeck, the island is home to many romantic towns and village communities where you can round off the evening at one of the charming seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, there are sports and cultural activities such as golf, water sports, and interesting museums.

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach of Usedom can be reached via the well-known imperial spas, which are eight kilometers away and a maximum of 15 minutes by car from us. The Korswandt golf course is located 5 kilometers away.

The quaint fishing village of Kamminke, with its beach on the lagoon coast, is right nearby. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the “Gartenblick” Terrace Apartment (5.4).

With 87 m² of living space, this modernly furnished vacation apartment offers plenty of room for up to five adults and one toddler under two years old to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom.

This spacious vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Building No. 5 (built in 2022; elevator available) and features many accessibility-friendly amenities.

The open-concept living area is equipped with a pull-out sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV. The living room opens onto the southwest-facing terrace. Enjoy your meals on the furnished terrace with stunning views of the garden.

The kitchenette features high-quality appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, Tassimo capsule machine, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, and pans. Gather around the large dining table for breakfast together before a relaxing day on vacation.

A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). One bedroom is equipped with an additional TV. The sleeper sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed in no time (sleeping surface: 120 x 200 cm).

The two fully equipped bathrooms each feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

All living and sleeping areas can be completely darkened using exterior blinds. The bedroom windows and one living room window are equipped with insect screens.

A parking space in front of the vacation home is available to you free of charge. Additional parking spaces are available upon request.

A public charging station for electric cars is within walking distance, 500 meters away.
