Our vacation apartment complex offers you comfort, relaxation, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Szczecin Lagoon. Let yourself be enchanted by the unique view of the sun-sparkling water. Thanks to its exposed location, you can expect heavenly tranquility as well as plenty of variety for you and your family

All terrace apartments and units are high-quality and modernly equipped. A spacious outdoor area with a well-maintained lawn and a walkway leading to the stunning Lagoon Terrace surrounds our vacation home, completed in 2024, which—unlike all other “Oase am Haff” homes—is situated on a separate lot, approximately 400 meters east of the other buildings. The communal Haff Terrace, with seating areas along the cliffs, invites you to linger.

We place a high priority on relaxation and wellness. Our recreation area in the basement (elevator available) of the building invites you to play a game of table tennis or work out in the fitness room. Use our classic ergometer and rowing machine for strength training, or try the Air-Bike-Classic for an intense workout for your arms and legs.

In the sauna area, you can enjoy the Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. Between sauna sessions, relax on the comfortable lounge chairs in the adjacent relaxation room.

The front, fenced-in area of the property offers plenty of play options for children, including a large playground with a slide, a sandbox and a sand construction area, a rocking animal, a children’s swing, and a merry-go-round. Plenty of seating invites you to linger and soak up the sun.

Take advantage of the nearby soccer field for your next game—just a short walk from the property.

After an eventful day, our barbecue area—complete with a charcoal grill and seating—invites you to relax with delicious grilled specialties and let the evening wind down in a peaceful atmosphere.

The south-facing garden area has been designed as a quiet zone with comfortable seating on the cozy terrace. Here, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the lagoon and can savor moments of relaxation.

Our bike rental service offers classic touring bikes and e-bikes—subject to availability and for a fee.

Welcome to the “Apartment Wolke 7” (8-7).

Completed in 2024, this vacation apartment has a living area of 106 m² and is located in Building 8, which is situated on a separate lot about 400 meters from the other “Oase am Haff” buildings, all facing south.

Look forward to the breathtaking view of the Szczecin Lagoon from the 18 m² covered sun balcony, which is sure to become your favorite spot in this vacation apartment.

This barrier-free, sun-drenched 4-room vacation apartment is located on the top floor of an 8-unit building. An elevator is available that serves every floor.

This apartment offers plenty of space for up to 6 people and a toddler up to 2 years old (in a crib) to enjoy a very comfortable vacation on the sunny island of Usedom.

The modernly furnished apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining area with an open kitchen, a storage room, and a furnished sunny balcony.

The master bedroom features a high-quality box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a closet, and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the comfort.

In the second bedroom, you’ll also find a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a closet, a desk, and a smart TV.

The second, fully equipped bathroom features another walk-in shower and a bidet.

Your guests or children will enjoy a restful night’s sleep in the third bedroom on the extremely comfortable sleeper sofa with a slatted frame and a Bultex mattress (160 x 200 cm). This room is also equipped with a wardrobe and a smart TV.

The white high-gloss kitchen by Nobilia is fully equipped with beautiful china, cookware, and all necessary kitchen utensils. Here you’ll find a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, an eye-level oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a milk frother, a Nespresso capsule machine, a toaster, and an electric kettle, as well as much more.

The induction cooktop with a Bora range hood allows you to enjoy an unobstructed view of the water while cooking—simply fantastic!

A dining set with leather chairs, a comfortable corner leather sofa, and a leather armchair round out the high-quality and tasteful furnishings.

Household items such as a vacuum cleaner, broom, and mop are stored in the small storage closet.

The 18 m² covered sun balcony offers plenty of space for relaxation and socializing. A large dining table with six chairs is perfect for shared meals, while the cozy seating area with a bistro table and two adjustable recliners—complete with footstools—offers the perfect spots for relaxing.

Enjoy a well-deserved break at Apartment Wolke 7, where you can savor the tranquility and admire the breathtaking view. Let your mind wander in this idyllic retreat and find relaxation in peaceful silence.

The bedrooms and living room can be darkened with floor-to-ceiling curtains. In addition, all windows are equipped with insect screens.

Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel crib for a small fee.

This accommodations are allergy-friendly, as pets are not allowed and the duvets and pillows are filled with synthetic materials. If you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us before making your reservation.

The wellness and recreational facilities—including a sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation room, and a fitness room with a ping-pong table—are located in the basement of the building and are available free of charge to all guests. In addition, two washing machines and a dryer, as well as ironing facilities, are available for a fee.

A free parking space under the carport (H/W/D: 2.40 x 2.65 x 5.50 m) is reserved for you. Additional parking is available across from the gate entrance, off the property but in the immediate vicinity.

Starting in fall 2024, a wallbox for charging electric cars will be available to you (billed based on usage).

You can safely store your bicycles in the lockable bike room, which is accessible only to you. A power outlet for e-bikes is also available there.

Information for guests with limited mobility: The path from the carport parking space to the building entrance is barrier-free. There is a short-term parking area directly in front of the building that can be used for loading and unloading. The distance from the carport to the building’s entrance door is approximately 30 meters. The front door is 100 cm wide and has a threshold approximately 1.5 cm high. The elevator in the stairwell serves all floors of the building, including the recreation and sauna area in the basement. The elevator door is 90 cm wide and 130 cm deep. The threshold-free apartment door is 90 cm wide. The widths of the threshold-free interior doors are 80 cm (exception: the door to the storage closet is 70 cm wide). The threshold-free shower entrance in the en suite bathroom is 90 cm wide and 200 cm deep. A shower stool can be provided free of charge upon request. The vanities are not wheelchair-accessible, and there are no grab bars in the bathrooms. The shower entrance in the second bathroom is 95 cm wide and 130 cm deep. The beds are 65 cm high and wheelchair-accessible (max. 10 cm). The sliding balcony door opens to a width of 130 cm; the threshold is 1.5 cm high. The sauna in the basement is accessible without a threshold. The threshold at the sauna entrance is 10 cm high, and the sauna door is 60 cm wide. The door to the relaxation room is 90 cm wide and has a threshold of approximately 2 cm.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
