Everything was very nice. The room is very cozy—small, but very well organised — and had everything you need, including a kettle, cups, toiletries, and a hairdryer. The breakfast is extraordinary, featuring the wonderful traditional cheese pies you usually find in traditional Turkish restaurants. They also provided plenty of complimentary bottled water and arranged our airport transfers at a very reasonable price with high-end cars.
The only thing my wife didn't like is that our room was right in front of a mosque, so she was woke up by the very early service (before sunrise). I didn't hear anything, so had no problems with this. The windows are quite good, so it really depends on the person, how sensible you are to sounds.

Very nice stuff. Quite place, clean.
Near to everything., any historical place.
Can use tram. Safe place. Good breakfast. You can eat dinner and lunch next door. They give you 10% off if you stay in this hotel.

Hospitality at the reception.
Housekeeping was cleaning the room on daily basis.
Located near the most popular places in town: castles, mosques, towers (which was the property best)
Breakfast was at an acceptable level
Phonic isolation is very poor: could hear the tram on the street, prayers from the mosque, even the talks on the hallway.
Bathroom and bedroom could have some servicing, refurbishment.

Close to historical sites
Unable to have breakfast due to early start on last day, I was promised hotel would provide sandwich to go, but they didn’t deliver.
