Great location, right next to Joshua Tree Park. Hosts provided prompt responses to my inquires and the home was ready to go when we arrived.
There were no downsides on part of the property and management. They did great. two comfy beds. My son slept on the sofa, daughter in the second bedroom and myself in the main room. Any constructive feedback maybe would be to add a small dresser, but not deal breaker or issue to me.

10 MBits. Das wars.

Nice open backyard.
Couldn’t get to stuff for cooking. Had to eat out more meals than anticipated.
