Anita was the best host! We arrived to freshly made scones, with homemade jam & cream. After a busy day at Alton Towers, it was the perfect place to relax. We sat in the window eating scones, drinking tea & watching the birds.
The rooms were all spotless, and every need was catered for.
The breakfast & service was brilliant. We will definitely come back to stay relax, and enjoy the village.
Thank you for looking after us :)

Spotlessly clean, homely, cosy, comfortable. The attention to detail was lovely. Every little thing thought of, down to eyebrow tweezers and tooth flossers! Beautiful and friendly hosts who went out of their way to ensure we were looked after and had everything we needed. Friendly and warm. The welcome cake with a happy birthday decoration as they knew it was my daughters birthday was just the cherry on the cake so to speak! Breakfast and coffee was delicious. Wonderful facilities and tea and coffee and treats in the room. Water, milk, biscuits, chocolate, crisps plus a posh coffee machine, it catered for both me and my teenage girls and I couldn’t have been more impressed x
