Having entertainment in evening
I know it wasn’t guaranteed but I requested a shower not over the bath.
I’m awaiting a hip operation so couldn’t use bath or shower without assistant
I booked via a third party I rang Alton towers to match but they wouldn’t
On arrival one of the rooms they were asking for full pay but sorted out quickly as I had paid in full before arrival

Staff nice, and helpful
The theme of the hotel
Hotel room needs maintenance, mould around bath and shower, toilet not cleaned properly under rim, mattresses hard and poor quality, bathroom fan not working, expensive price for poor quality room.
Restaurant in the evening ran out of most dishes, (only thing available burger and chips £20! Guinness £8.50 a pint!) limited menu and fairly expensive for quality and quantity of food.
Doors slam all night, no quiet shut
