I just needed a room to rest, shower and sleep before getting my flight. I arrived way ahead of check in, but the team got a room ready for me as soon as they could as I was only needing it until 17.30hrs before going to the airport terminal. Reception Team wonderful and helpful, chilled reception where I could relax until room was ready . Room was amazing - comfy bed and wonderful shower and thick fluffy large towels too. I managed to get 2 hours of sleep before I had to leave - I really wanted to stay - the room was perfect . I have heard of its location right next to the airport but never had the chance to stay. I loved it and will remember it and return now, so I can fully experience it and enjoy it without needing to rush off! There is a dining area which looks like it is used for breakfast and evening meal. Nice menu too - just never got to try it
Having to leave so early because I had to catch my flight ! I could have slept in my bed for hours !!!
If there was one small thing was waiting for service at the bar as nobody seemed to be overseeing it. However after 30-40 mins someone did appear so took the opportunity to grab a coffee and soft drink whilst waiting for my room to be ready. Was served politely and at my seat in the lounge area. So no big deal but someone should keep an eye on people in the lounge and ask if they need service. (On a final positive - the honey almonds given with the coffee were delicious...... in fact I could have eaten the whole jar as I was so hungry after working since 03.30hrs in the morning and stopped when I arrived at hotel approx 12.15hrs

Clean & modern look. Very practical & comfortable for travelling out of Lyon Airport.
Good facilities.
Super practical location.
Restaurant quality a bit low for the prices, but somewhat expected for an airport hotel.
