The hotel is exceptionally beautiful. Quite stunning. The staff were also wonderful under very difficult conditions. Lyon was one of the cities struck by protests during our visit and the hotel did a brilliant job ensuring the safety of its guests. The were outstanding.
I loved the entire experience of staying at the hotel despite the external conflict. I think it must be one of the most beautiful hotels in the world. I have no criticisms at all.

It is the second time I've stayed at Dieu. Like the first time, on top of my appreciation is the concierge services (very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient whatever you ask).
I did not like that they did not have the type of room I booked, for the night I returned at Lyon. They upgraded me to a duplex with long stairs, not an ideal room for us.

Perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful. The Concierge was excellent. The bar was an experience in itself.
Breakfast was ok but only ok
