The lodge was beautifully decorated, a really well equipped kitchen and a huge bathroom with double bath and shower. The location is great, the walks around Lynford Water or the Arboretum are fabulous and there is an amazing cafe on site, the Shepherds Baa, coffee was delicious as were the pizzas.
Having to leave!

The property was v clean and the facilities were excellent especially as we were self catering
We would have like a bigger doormat as we arrived in awful weather and needed a bigger space to put wet shoes so as not bring dirt and leaves into the lovely clean floors

Beautiful location, comfortable well equipped cottage.
Sofa bed was squeaky and a bit awkward.
