Inside, the property has a bright and stylish feel, while still retaining the cosy atmosphere you'd expect from a traditional cottage. The comfortable living room is a relaxing space to unwind, with plenty of natural light, comfortable seating, a TV and a feature fireplace creating a lovely focal point.



The dining area sits alongside the living space, making it easy for everyone to spend time together, whether you're enjoying a meal, catching up over a coffee or planning the next day's adventures.



The property has two comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed. There are also one family bathrooms, with an additional downstairs W/C making the house particularly convenient for couples, families or groups sharing the property.



For an additional guest, a small single Z-bed is available, allowing the property to accommodate up to five guests in total.



For guests travelling for work, there is also a separate office room, providing a quiet and practical space to catch up on work without needing to use the main living areas.



Outside, the property has a pleasant garden area with outdoor furniture, offering a lovely spot to sit and enjoy some fresh air, have a morning coffee or relax at the end of the day.

Located in Thetford, this charming home is ideally placed for exploring the town and the surrounding Norfolk and Suffolk countryside. Thetford is a historic market town with plenty of local character, independent shops, cafés, pubs and places to eat, as well as beautiful green spaces to enjoy.



The property is also close to Thetford Forest, making it a great base for those who enjoy walking, cycling and spending time outdoors. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities to explore the Norfolk countryside, with picturesque villages, nature reserves and scenic routes nearby.



For history and culture, Thetford has plenty to discover, including its historic ruins, museums and links to the area's rich heritage. The town also provides a convenient base for exploring further afield with Norwich, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Ely and the Norfolk coast all within easy reach by car. If you don’t feel like driving, there are fast direct trains from Thetford to Norwich, Cambridge and Ely and trains to London, with Thetford train station being a 15 minute walk from the house.

• Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £500 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply)

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
