The family room was very comfortable with a great layout, separate bedroom for parents with very large bed and bathroom. Parking was easy on site. Breakfast was great too. We liked the location not being in the centre, as it was a very short drive to the parking near Ortigia.
The mattress was hard for my liking.

The Hotel has everything you need and a car park inside the venue. Breakfast was good and there were a variety of choice. We have asked for dairy free milk and one of the waiters got us some from the kitchen. Staff were super friendly and the premises were really clean. We had a quadruple room (one double bed, one sofa bed and one foldable bed). The double bed was comfortable to sleep on. We also had the option to dine-in for lunch and dinner. I would gladly stay at this hotel another time.
Sofa bed and foldable bed were not as comfortable as the double bed considering that adults slept on them. Probably they would have been ok for children.
Our room was next to the lift and each time the lift operated you could hear the pump of the lift working (like a noise of an air compressor).
