The location is very near the train station. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel after check-out until our train travel in the afternoon.
The hotel included a very nice breakfast in the reasonable room price.
We enjoyed our stay.
The hotel has no elevator so you need to be able to climb stairs up to all rooms.

The location is unbeatable with access to both train and rail about 150 metres away. I found it to be a quite street, even though my room overlooked that street.
I found the bed comfortable, the shower hot and the room clean.
This was topped off with the interactions with Aldo and his crew. All very positive as nd helpful.

The location was perfect for us. Midway between Ortigia island and the archeological park was just right. The room was very comfortable

Comfortable, quiet establishment near the train station but 15min walk from old town, in a safe but unexciting neighbourhood, which nevertheless has some nice eating options and feels authentic. The room was plain but clean, with high ceiling and small window which was screened to shield the sun and avoid the messy view. Good bed and shower room. Breakfast was good, taken on the terrace, but the choice did not vary.
I would've appreciated power sockets by the desk, and a nicer view.
