Extremely beautiful building, tastefully decorated and in the perfect location. We really liked our suite. There was a Sumptuous breakfast, with a great range of items. The dining hall is incredible. The staff were very helpful, Polite and attentive staff for the most part.
The fitness room was unfortunately closed for renovation and the spa facilities were not as expected for a 5* hotel. The sauna and steam room needed to be started by the guest and then take 15/20 mins before ready for use. We were not asked at checkout how we had found our stay which I found unusual and a missed opportunity.

Excellent location and very interesting building. Very welcoming reception staff and excellent bar staff.
Housekeeping was a bit hit and miss. Glasses and water not always refreshed or replaced.
