Ideally located on the edge of the Medina, yet very, very quiet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and a good level of English spoken. Taxis and transfers were easily arranged as was an inexpensive guided walk through the Medina
Wasn’t always possible to get lounger on the terrace

The staff were lovely, really helpful and welcoming. Location is really good, only 9 minutes walk to central square and closer to the Souks. Very comfortable and ability to arrange transport to the airport and a meal on first night was brilliant. Breakfast on the roof was really good and when we had an eight o’clock start for a trip one day, they organised a takeaway breakfast. A/C and WiFi were good and to had access to Netflix. Having a fridge in room was an added bonus. We would definitely return.
All good.

All good. Maybe could do with slightly larger room.

I stayed at Riad L'Esprit in Marrakech and had a mixed experience overall.
Pros:
The riad is absolutely beautiful inside, with a charming and authentic atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is a highlight — it features a small pool and the option to have breakfast there, which is a lovely touch.
The staff were generally very kind and welcoming during my stay.
Cons:
The breakfast could be significantly improved. It mainly consists of simple carbohydrates, with very limited protein (usually just a fried egg), and the selection is almost the same every day, which becomes repetitive.
I also tried the spa services. The foot and leg massage was average, acceptable for the price. However, the pedicure was disappointing — one of my nails was cut too short, which caused it to bleed, and there was no apology from the staff member.
The rooms are not well soundproofed. One night around 4 a.m., other guests were very loud inside the riad. Unfortunately, there was no noticeable response from the staff, and the noise continued for about an hour, which negatively affected the stay.
The street leading to the riad can feel somewhat uncomfortable at night, with people sleeping outside in the later hours.
