Staff are very helpful and pleasant from the front desk to the staff working at the restaurant during breakfast ( Fanta and Makhan) . We have the top floor suite. It’s very nice and spacious. Very nicely decorated. The bed is vey comfy.
The hot water wasn’t working consistently while we were there. It can get cold and hot .

the reception area, the bar, the decor and atmosphere and a comfortable clean room.
a couple of the reception staff were a little off hand but likewise there were other staff who were excellent! Depended on the shift I guess.

The girl at the breakfast was very sweet & polite
The staff was not very accommodating, we had to carry the luggage’s ourself and basically do the check in to the room ourselves
