Location and breakfast were excellent. The entire staff of the Hotel Lenox kind, respectful and extremely helpful. The Montparnasse area is a great jumping off area for sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel for a special treat of Paris

it was a great location and having a balcony was lovely. I didn't eat any meals there. The staff were very helpful despite my bad French!

Excellent rooms, usb charging near bed was very handy. Balcony was lovely and room was well soundproofed from street noise. Breakfast was amazing, great local cafes and delis. Staff very helpful, our uber turned up with a flat tyre and we went in to talk to reception, and the night manager had already called us a taxi

Staff were very nice, the location very convenient - near metro and train station
Safe, clean place, good for sole traveller
Coffee/ tea/ water help-yourself is a positive
Very comfortable bed
very disappointed in the breakfast, not even fresh fruits apart from a fruit salad (that contained canned fruits!) ! very basic...
I expected it to be noisy from the outside (and apart from the early bin collection it was ok) but it was noisy inside, I could hear the doors bang, people use their shower, the lift, corridors etc.
Positives and negatives together, the price could be better
