This very well-maintained, blue-and-yellow-decorated comfort apartment is suitable for two people, measures approximately 74 square meters, and consists of a bedroom and a living room with an open kitchen and dining area. From here, you can look out over the North Sea and the southern part of the island.
The apartment is located directly on the beach in the Metropol building of the new spa center. It is on the 6th floor and is easily accessible by elevator.
The magnificent sea view from the south balcony is particularly impressive. From the east balconies, you can see all the way to the Wadden Sea on the eastern side of the island.
The Sylter Welle, the Syltness Center, the pedestrian zones, and the beach with its promenade are just a few steps away.
The high-quality, white high-gloss kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and oven.
Additionally, cable TV, an LCD flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system are provided.
