Bright bedroom with a double bed, its own flat-screen TV, and a separate balcony facing east. Living room with seating area (sofa and armchair), large dining area, flat-screen TV, BOSE radio with CD player, and free in-house Wi-Fi. Small, separate south-facing bedroom with a single bed and a rollaway bed for a fourth person. NO carpet.
One balcony facing east and one facing south round out this beautifully located, approximately 73 m² apartment.
A parking space in the underground garage can be rented separately. The underground parking space must be reserved in advance; otherwise, the right to it expires!
The daily rental rate applies to 2 people; each additional person is charged an extra 20 € per day.
There is a beach chair on the south-facing balcony, which can also be used upon request.
