About this apartment rental
The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Trebur-Geinsheim. The town is centrally located between the major cities of Darmstadt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, and Frankfurt. Shopping and public transportation are within walking distance, and the restaurant—which we highly recommend—is about a 15-minute walk away.
The 56 m² apartment is located in the basement of a single-family home and is ideal for two people. Children can sleep in the bunk bed in the bedroom, or a third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
The vacation rental includes a private parking space for your car.
In the entryway, there is a coat rack, from which you can walk directly into the well-equipped kitchen. Here, you can prepare small or large meals just like at home.
A passageway leads to the cozy and cheerfully decorated living and dining area. Here you can enjoy your meals, relax, sit together, or stream shows on the smart TV. Wi-Fi access is also included.
The view from the kitchen and living room looks directly out onto the adjacent garden area, which belongs to the vacation rental.
The bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (180x200 cm) and a bunk bed (each with a sleeping surface of 90x200 cm). Bedding is provided.
The bathroom, featuring a vanity, toilet, and shower, is also adjacent to the hallway. A hair dryer and towels are included.
A washing machine, dryer, and ironing board are available in the laundry room attached to the house.
Pets are allowed upon request and for an additional fee.
There is a playground next to the house. From the apartment, you can set out directly on walks to the nearby nature reserve or across the fields.
