Overall a great location in a lovely city allowing us to walk to stores, restaurants and sites.

The location was really convenient and off-street parking was provided (for an additional fee).

The internet did not work throughout the apartment. It did not work in the nice living area with the couches and dining table.

Good option for a family with kids, decent location, at a decent price.

Roomy, comfy apartment, with a nice balcony (though it's not much of a view, it was pleasant and large). Adequate space for four adults, five if two couples and a kid (double bed with another twin in one room, double in the other room - this wasn't as clear on the listing as it might have been.) The place is clean and the appliances work, and the location was great due to a nearby grocery store.

Doesn't have a living room, one of the bedrooms could act as one. The kitchen counters/cabinets need some repair work (they function fine, just aesthetic fixes). Getting the keys was an adventure...but that was our issue, our phones decided not to work properly so we couldn't contact the owner. Despite that, he came around while we were there and helped us in. The place is a bit further from the train station than I'd like - you get your steps! Not the property's fault, but folks park their cars on the street and then get them very late at night, very noisily.

The location was convenient to the pedestrian zone.

The apartment was NOT AS ADVERTISED. There was NO living area, as shown in the photos and listed in the description before we booked. There were only two bedrooms, one of which had a small couch squeezed at the foot of the bed. In the photos they have rearranged that room to appear as a living room, then taken more photos of it arranged as a bedroom. This is purposefully misleading and a blatant bait and switch. We feel we did not receive the apartment we selected. In addition, the photos show a clean and nicely decorated apartment with chairs and end tables and shower shelves and paintings on the walls and barbecue equipment on the patio: NONE of those things existed. The grill equipment is even listed in the description and was not there. Also listed in the description were individual room air conditioners which did not exist, streaming service on the tv which was not accessible, soundproofing which did not exist (we could hear every conversation in the apartment building and on the street outside), a garden view which did not exist (it was a cement parking lot), fan which did not exist (the bathroom not only had no exhaust fan, but also did not drain well and would flood the entire bathroom floor with even a short shower), desk and radio which did not exist. Also, the photos show a lovely and well equipped apartment, when in reality it was falling apart. There was no cupboard door under the sink, so the cleaning equipment and drain were open to the kitchen and smelled bad. The kitchen faucet was loose in its socket and hard to use because it jiggled and swung around. The wooden counters were damaged and cracking badly and impossible to clean. The walls were completely bare and scuffed. There were no living room chairs or sofas or end tables as shown in the photos (probably because there was no living room as shown in the photos).

Die Lage ist sehr zentral.

Dieses Apartment muß dringend renoviert und etliches ersetzt oder repariert werden: Wände Spülbecken, Wasserhahn und Schranktür in der Küche kaputt, Duschschlauch undicht, Balkon schmutzig... Schade, denn unser Apartment im gleichen Haus im Vorjahr war exzellent. Diese Wohnung passte auch nicht zu den Fotos , die man vor der Buchung sehen kann. Schade!
