About this house rental
“DOME on the Hill” is a unique geodesic dome home which sits on 6.51 acres near Chillicothe in south-central Ohio. This 3200 sq. ft. home has 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, 2 living quarters, dining area, huge kitchen, and laundry room. It was designed and erected near a major highway making it easily accessible to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, yet it is completely private – nestled on top of a hill surrounded by trees. The large deck with patio furniture & lighted grill, 6-person waterfall hot tub, and fire pit with log benches add the final touches to this property, which is perfect for the nature lover, families and friends on vacation, those who need a work retreat, or the person who just wants some quiet time. “Dome on the Hill” is truly a secluded sanctuary. We loved staying at Dome on the Hill! It was unique. It was comfortable. It was clean. But best of all the hostess was friendly and warm and willing to help us in anyway. We will stay here again!

Very attentive host. We were given a tour at check-in, and the guest book was very informative for our stay. Looking forward to another stay in the future!

The owners are the BEST and so sweet. Highly reccomend staying here, it’s by a Walmart and other places to shop/eat.

The Dome was everything and more than we ever expected. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen items etc. We enjoyed playing air hockey, watching a movie, and relaxing. The most unexpected part was the blueprints and photograph book of building pictures. This is a must stay.
